So, inspired by MegoMeet 2009, my son and I got some clay, resin, and mold making material.
The head is a hybrid. We cast Green Goblin and Robin heads.
He used a Dremil to cut the heads in half, and used some clay to shape em up, make the hair. Once he was done, made a mold and poured a casting.
He came up with the tunic and total outfit.
I think he canibalized his CTVT Robin Hood figure for the boots & belt stuff.
I did the head paintjob (my first time, be gentle ;-)
At the last minute, he worked up the sheild out of clay, baked it, painted it.
He was going to debut tomorrow at Mego Meet, but couldn't wait.
