      Thanks!!!
Well, I always wished they'd made Hammer figures, so I sculpted the head over an existing generic one, cutting off his chin and lowering it, to insert the inside of a mouth, a tongue, gums and teeth.

I sculpted over his chest and arms (while still retaining a functional elbow joint, and the swivel joint halfway the bicep, trying to find the middle ground between mobility and nicely sculpted fur.

With the exception of the boots, all clothes are handmade. The shirt in the movie is more in shreds, but on this scale, that didn't really work, so I kept the tears to a minimum...

The body sculpting is truly amazing! You really captured the hair effect nicely. What sculpting material did you use?

Just regular airdrying sculpting clay. I hardly had any cracks (just some hairline ones), and those are easily disguised in the "fur" and with the paint. I had a hard time matching the skin tone, which was a kind of sickly white/pink. The hands are from a Doctor Who "Human Dalek" figure. They had good "knuckles" and claws.
It's amazing how easily the clay held on to the action figure head. I built it up in pieces, lettting the part air dry, then adding more.

Great sculpting. The texture is well done and the over all appearence is terrific!

This one is actually a 12 inch scale figure, forgot to mention that!

Aha, good to finally see you showing off your stuff, Rik.
I've seen this one (and plenty others, so I know what's coming ) up close and he looks even better in person. That sculpt is just sick
