Mego Pattern by Darrin Wiltshire

Here are a few tips to help you with the pattern to get the best results. **Cut along the outside of the black line**.If you want the MEGO feel just cut out and sew the pattern as is, this of coarse means the jumpsuit is a bit baggy and dosen't fit too well, as most MEGO outfits did. If you want to improve a little to get the best looking outfit possible follow these few rules.

1.Add a little length to the legs. Not a lot maybe 1" or so, but play around for best results. This way when you put the suit on, it dosen't droop in the crotch area.

2.Sew in a little from the sides so the suit is a little tighter. After awhile you'll get the fit your after.

3.To add gloves--cut about 1" to 1 1/2" of sleeves. With the material you just cut off make a pattern and add a little to the length 1/2" to 3/4". Then sew back in place.

4.You can add cloth boots by using the same approach as above.
