The Mego Mad Monster Castle is a completely unique playset but it follows the standard Mego vinyl case Look.

The happy boy on the box looks too squeaky clean to have devious monster fun. mego was also planning a Pirates and Knights castle but they never made it past prototype stages, which is a shame as this playset is a lot of fun.

Rarely found loose, the Castle is still a tough find MIB as it was probably a lukewarm seller, more on the castles inner detail in the very near future.
