Now this Tin Woodsman is all rusted up, so Dorothy limbers him up with an Oil Can that Mego didn't include. He did have an ax that he doesn't hold onto very well, and still lacked flexibility in his elbows. Nonetheless, he was after a heart, so he gets in on the whole Wizard trip and off they go singing and dancing and skipping away until they are attacked by a Lion.
