A martial-arts master dons a mask to battle his twin brother, who is working with the evil Dr. Nhu to assassinate the prime minister of Japan.
WuTeh and his brother Ling were raised by their grandfather, TehChang, in a remote Chinese monastery, where the boys learned the ancient ways. After mortally wounding his own grandfather, Ling flees. His brother WuTeh goes to America and adopts the Dragon’s identity as a force for good.
