This prototype of the Mego Foundation Play set shows a completely different item than the one that hit the market in 1977. The floors all seem to be made of solid plastic (well, it's styrofoam for the presentation but you get the idea), the side wall art never made it to production and the roof features and additional floor plus plants, we got gyped out of plants people. Let's get a more detailed look at some of the more interesting features.
One of the more noticable changes is the position of the elevator itself, now directly in the middle of the playset.
.The console table seems to have large joy sticks attached to it and of course, the end product didn't have a shot of Superman getting punched out.
The side of the Wayne Foundation shows some unused artwork, this appears to be a space for Batman's other costumes, a nice nod to the silver age.
The Batcomputer graphics appear to have been clipped out of a magazine and of course it wasn't white or hand painted like this.
