Diamond Select Toys + EMCE TOYS
Diamond Select and EMCE Toys showcased an 8 version of Joseph Michael Linser’s long-running comic character “Dawn” at several events. The prototype was very well produced and created Mego collector buzz, but the figure itself never saw production.

All of these photos were provided by Joseph Michael Linsner, who added that he was crushed that this didn’t make it to production, as he is a passionate fan of the Mego figure format. Joseph also mentioned he was going to do the packaging artwork as well.
The prototype is currently missing.

Carolyn Seyster sewed the outfit, painted the head, rooted the hair. The sculptor was Cynthia Woodie who also sculpted the Mattel Retro Action Wonder Woman and Cheetah.
