Up Close: Super Friends Wendy and Marvin

A nice January surprise is the arrival of several different Figures Toy Company’s product lines including the oft forgotten brother sister team of Wendy and Marvin, the teen sidekicks in the first season of the Super Friends.

[ngg_images source=”galleries” container_ids=”114″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails” override_thumbnail_settings=”0″ thumbnail_width=”200″ thumbnail_height=”175″ thumbnail_crop=”1″ images_per_page=”0″ number_of_columns=”0″ ajax_pagination=”0″ show_all_in_lightbox=”0″ use_imagebrowser_effect=”0″ show_slideshow_link=”1″ slideshow_link_text=”[Show as slideshow]” order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]Despite cringing at Marvin’s every word, there is some appeal to finally seeing these in figural form.

So, as with all of our “Mego Museum Up Close” features, we let the pictures do the talking. All the figures were popped directly from the packaging, posed but there is no augmentation or fixing, they are as I got them.
