The Mego Museum Shopping Mall Grand Opening Contest

MegoMuseum_Store_SmallToday we are proud to unveil the Mego Museum’s latest feature, The Mego Museum Mall!

We’re happy to announce that the Museum now has a gift shop.

The Mego Museum Mall is a series of collector-owned online shops catering to the retro toy crowd; it’s like Etsy but with action figures.

A logical extension of our popular Marketplace Forum (which will not change at all), Mego Museum Mall allows users to browse from a variety of trusted sellers with hundreds of items vintage and new, custom made or factory produced.

For sellers it’s an opportunity to reach the widest possible Mego audience through our homepage and social media outlets, showcasing their goods in an attractive marketplace with a professional Paypal-enabled shopping cart system, inventory control and order tracking. No more “bumping” threads in the marketplace: Your best stuff is on view in the Mall waiting for the right buyer to come along. No more searching through PMs for mailing address or paypal account, everything you need to get paid and ship your goods is at your fingertips through your shop interface.

How does it work?

For the buyer, it’s no different than shopping anywhere else. Simply place the item in your shopping cart and pay via Paypal. We do not collect your credit card information, it’s all handled through Paypal’s secure servers.

For the seller, getting your own store is free and you only get charged if the item sells. Our 5% commission fee is automatically deducted and is far less than comparable sites. Contact us if you are interested in opening a shop in our Mall.
