The Scarecrow,
it turns out, is a very freindly guy who is in need of a brain. He hopes one
day to get a diploma of his Degree in Common Sense. Dorothy fills him in on
the Wizard idea, singing and dancing ensues, and they skip off together down
the road until they stumble across a Tin Woodsman.
