K-9 was introduced in the serial "The Invisible Enemy" and stayed with Tom Baker almost to the very end.

Denys Fisher introduced K-9 as part of their second wave of Mego figures, watch out for the Palitoy talking K9, it is made by Tomy and has nothing to do with this line..
